About the role
BMT is undergoing a significant transformation, necessitating the evolution of our HR systems and reporting structures. As part of this journey, we are seeking a People Systems & Reporting Manager to ensure our global HR systems align with business needs and incorporate emerging technologies such as AI.
Responsibilities
HR Systems
· Ensure global functionality and appropriateness of People team systems, promoting streamlined administrative processes.
· Contribute to BMT's digitalization efforts, exploring AI and Automation for the People function.
· Lead new system implementation projects and manage supplier relationships.
· Oversee the global roll-out of the HR section of GMIS and drive improvements in the UK.
· Collaborate with the People Leadership Team to align systems with People Initiatives and the overall People Strategy.
Reporting
· Establish key HR KPIs and implement automated reporting where possible.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs, including Headcount, Attrition, Absences, Engagement, Recruitment Statistics, Employment Costs, and Gender Pay Gap.
· Communicate KPIs effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Data Processing
· Support core People Processes by analysing and manipulating data, as well as building complex spreadsheets.
Line Management of Systems & Reporting Team
· Lead, support, and coach the Systems & Reporting team to adopt a service-oriented and collaborative mindset.
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all projects and reporting.
· Support the personal development of team members.
Location: Our offices are in Bath, Teddington, London & Southampton, and we are open to flexible and hybrid working arrangements. This role is available part-time, job-share, or full-time to attract the best talent, recognizing that availability may vary.
About you
· Over 10 years of experience in an HR capacity, with the opportunity to gain experience in the specified fields.
· Innovative mindset with a focus on improving processes and systems.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Proven experience in HR systems and reporting.
· Excellent networking and communication skills
