      Position Title: HR Systems Manager

      Location: 1 Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA 02035

      Summary of Duties: Manage business requests by documenting HR related business requirements and current processes to develop proposed solutions that include cost and benefit details. Develop solution options including process maps, metrics, reports, designs, and coordinate analyzing alternatives to gain agreement on an optimal solution. Translate business requirements into specific software specifications for configuration within HR systems. Responsible for facilitating the delivery and deployment process including all change activities, training, and communications. Lead the team to ensure enterprise-wide security, cross-functional training, and inspire constant process improvement to continuously improve efficiency and accuracy across all HR systems and finances. Responsible for the operational controls and executions of a complex portfolio of business payrolls, audit procedures, reconciliation and associated financial reporting. Lead all employee survey initiatives including data collection, interpretation, guidance, and corrective action assignments. Develop standardized and ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business strategy development. Lead in the data architecture, data integrity, platform optimization and securing a sustainable and consistent application across all business units. Lead the compensation data analysis and planning to provide competitive, equitable recommendations using market data, internal grades, contracts, and industry knowledge. Remain current on all state, federal and local laws, statutes, and regulations pertaining to assigned areas of responsibility. Perform special projects as business dictates. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information that is protected by confidentiality, privacy standards or company policies including but not limited to any state, federal or local regulations including HIPAA.

      Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or Project Manager involving program management experience, Assistant Manager, Management Trainee, or related occupation. Requires experience with the following: coordinating technology updates and release projects; implementing technology upgrades and releases; HR processes including Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Payroll, HR Core, and Performance Management; Entering and extracting HRIS system data from data visualization dashboards and auxiliary system integrations; relating data into business measurements; apply solution design concepts for internal and vendor systems; map and interpret HR processes for design and integration within the HR system.
