Performs technical and administrative duties in support of human resources activities and Operations
Provides high level of customer service to Agency Appointee, all leaders, and all employees on matters related to human resources
Assists with various onboarding and orientation activities for new hires; prepare new hire information and facilitate new employee orientation
Process employee departures and oversee exit process
Enter employee transactions and movements into Workday
Supports leaders and employees through performance management process
Researches, collects, and compiles information from various sources for a variety of human
resources areas; assist with interpreting and analyzing data and preparing technical reports candidate summaries
Other duties as assigned
Previous HR experience and strong analytical skills
Previous administrative experience in a large organization
Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service skills
Microsoft Office experience
Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and work with different leadership levels
Strong presenting skills conducting orientations, trainings, and onboarding
It is not required, but experience in Workday is preferred
Education: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in an administrative environment
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements
