What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-tier support for the HR Technology team and second-tier support to HR Service Center customers, escalating issues as necessary
- Triage incoming Workday and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) support requests
- Conduct data entry validation and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD platforms, including knowledge content management and testing documentation
- Collaborate with centers of excellence (COEs) and HR Communications to create HR process documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or HR technology; internship or academic exposure to Workday is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and interest in data analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation
- Exposure to HR case management systems or help desk support tools
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and employee data management
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content creation skills
