Job Description

- Produce and share reports, metrics, and perform data analysis within Workday.
- Be a primary contact for Workday Reporting Help cases.
- Create Workday reports used in employee data processing, monitoring, and variance tracking.
- Responsible for data accuracy and quality and adherence to timelines.
- Perform analysis, data management and research to support employees.
- Support test, planning, and execution of new functionality.
- Ensure employee privacy is protected by following People Team data policies and limiting access to employee data to relevant needs.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis on internal and business metrics.
- Monitor Workday Community for updates, new releases, and enhanced functionality.
- Two plus years experience with Workday reporting
- Bachelor's degree business administration, human resource management, finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated technical proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, and Word required

The opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Data, Analytics, and Insights, you will provide a broad range of analysis, data management, and research to support the university's employees. You will use your expertise to develop and deliver HR reporting while maintaining compliance and making recommendations to improve systems and processes.
