Our mission to transform lives is made possible by talented people who bring diverse industry experience, backgrounds and skills to the university. And today, we're ready to expand our reach. All we need is you.

Make an impact — from near or far

At SNHU, you'll have the option to work remotely in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

We ask that our remote employees have access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace that is free of distractions. Employees must reside in, and work from, one of the above approved states.

      The opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Data, Analytics, and Insights, you will provide a broad range of analysis, data management, and research to support the university's employees. You will use your expertise to develop and deliver HR reporting while maintaining compliance and making recommendations to improve systems and processes.

      What you'll do:

      • Produce and share reports, metrics, and perform data analysis within Workday.
      • Be a primary contact for Workday Reporting Help cases.
      • Create Workday reports used in employee data processing, monitoring, and variance tracking.
      • Responsible for data accuracy and quality and adherence to timelines.
      • Perform analysis, data management and research to support employees.
      • Support test, planning, and execution of new functionality.
      • Ensure employee privacy is protected by following People Team data policies and limiting access to employee data to relevant needs.
      • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis on internal and business metrics.
      • Monitor Workday Community for updates, new releases, and enhanced functionality.

      What we're looking for:

      • Two plus years experience with Workday reporting
      • Bachelor's degree business administration, human resource management, finance, or related field
      • Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated technical proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, and Word required

We believe real innovation comes from inclusion - where different experiences, perspectives and talents are celebrated. So if you're wondering whether SNHU is right for you, take the leap and apply. You might be just the person we're looking for.

At SNHU, we put our mission to work — and it makes for much more than your typical 9 to 5. From online faculty and staff positions to work study opportunities for campus learners, we offer a supportive space to start or continue a career in higher education.
