What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement HR analytical strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with various teams to establish and maintain data governance processes
- Lead Workday Prism strategy implementation
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR reporting
- Design, develop, and implement dashboards and reports using data visualization tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration
- 8+ years of work experience as a Data Reporting Analyst and/or Business or Systems Analyst
- 5+ years of advanced Workday reporting, data/analytics, and visualization experience
- Expertise with Workday report writer suite and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, or SAP
