What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background as a business partner
- Experience in management consulting or professional services industry preferred
- Proven ability to lead change efforts in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital or technical consulting industries
- History of delivering innovative solutions and strategies for complex business challenges
- Previous involvement in organization design and development initiatives
- Proven track record in leading People Committees and Councils
- Strong credibility as an HR advisor at all organizational levels
