      • This role will work together with HR team to become the “go to” team to shared service organization, provide HR consultative partnership to responsible people managers and associates; Lead HR activities in assigned job areas such as talent acquisition, engagement, employee relationship, organization development, talent development and retention, workforce planning, etc.
      • HR Partnership:

      Partner with assigned function leaders to identify and address the critical needs of responsible organization and achieve goals that support a long/short-range people strategy on planning and implementing organizational optimization and culture/change initiatives. Manage special HR projects to achieve desired outcomes and participate on project teams as assigned.

      • Organization development

      • Talent development, retention & Engagement:

      Ensure effective and timely talent management processes (P4G, D4G, succession planning, talent movement and OTA). Partner with leaders on initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of key talent. Lead the organizational review process that evaluates structure, competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific strategies to fill the gaps. Understand associate needs and facilitate effective communication channels between leaders and associates. Sponsor and drive events and programs designed to increase employee engagement.

      • Workforce planning, talent acquisition

      Ensure effective and timely workforce planning, talent acquisition and effective on-boarding and new hire productivity. Champion the company’s values and culture and continue the company’s ability to attract, engage and retain a high-performance team which can lead growth. Drive a talent acquisition and management strategy that integrates succession planning methodology for key contributor and management positions.

      • Total Rewards:

      Work together with HR shared service team, effectively support total reward programs and processes including merit review; equity planning; bonus planning; promotions; special adjustments and other total rewards related initiatives.

      • Employee Relation/Compliance:

      Ensure compliance with China employment law. Comply with all corporate and local policies including the Ethics & Compliance Program. Consult with and advise business managers on disciplinary process and risk assessment on employee relations and performance related issues. Advise on global ER matters. Conduct investigations on hotline reports as necessary. Liaison with DHR Employment Counsel.
