      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Planning and implementing HR priorities according to business strategy, making feasible action plan to cope with business requirements.
      • Providing HR total solutions to support sustainable business growth, change management for the new challenges such as agile organization transformation, etc.…
      • Contributing to the design of organizations (competency, resources, and processes) to meet business challenges.
      • Executing talent strategy, strengthening leadership/Expert pipeline and talent development plan by working closely with business leaders.
      • Driving team culture to coincide with company core value, ensuring employee engagement.
      • Contributing to workforce planning, budgeting, and monitoring labor cost to improve productivity.
      • Managing employee relations issues, managing labor relations and legal aspects for the company.
      • Leading HR team to manage different HR modules, including Performance Management, Learning and Developing, OD, C&B, recruitment, ER and HR Operations.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management required, MBA is preferred
      • Mimi 8 years of HR experience in a variety of HR roles, among which 5 years as Business HR Manager or BP
      • Be familiar with all functional (commercial and manufacturing) knowledge/process and commercial environment and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
      • Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results.
      • Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
