      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison between HR and business units for global HR technology support
      - Coordinate SAP releases and conduct UAT testing for system upgrades
      - Manage Learning Management System configuration and act as a learning program manager
      - Ensure data integrity and compliance through regular audits of HR systems
      - Participate in all phases of project implementation, including requirements gathering and testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Resources, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Admin/HRIS Specialist or in a related HR/IS/IT role
      - Strong attention to detail with a focus on optimizing HR technologies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and utilizing VLOOKUP
      - Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with strong problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Configuration and implementation experience supporting an HR technology team
      - Compliance and audit experience with regulatory exposure
      - SAP SuccessFactors accreditations in one or more modules
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
