      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a trusted HR partner for clients, managing HR tasks and specialized projects
      - Conduct HR audits to identify compliance risks and provide strategic recommendations
      - Create HR policies, processes, and procedures that enhance business operations
      - Provide full-cycle HR services, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
      - Coach leaders and managers to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-10 years of HR Management or Director experience
      - Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly desirable
      - Expert knowledge of California labor, wage & hour laws (and other states or countries as needed)
      - Strong payroll processing experience for some clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish proficiency
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
      - Proactive and confident decision-making abilities with strong organizational skills
      - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools like Dropbox
      - Fully functional remote office setup
