      The Project

      CPB Contractors have been selected to deliver the Rio Tinto Western Range Main Infrastructure Bulk Earthworks. Located 20km west of Paraburdoo in Pilbara the project scope consists of installing a new crusher, an overland conveyor, heavy and light vehicle roads, precast tunnels, other infrastructure pads to support the mine expansion.

As a HSE Advisor you will play a key role in the success of the project by delivering accurate and timely guidance of CPB’s safety and health management systems requirements, applications and support to the team and contribute greatly to the successful and safe delivery of the Project. This role is offered on a roster arrangement Fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) from Perth, working 14 days on and 7 days off roster

      Our minimum requirements for this role are:

      • Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety
      • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
      • Drivers licence and construction industry white card
      • Sound understanding of Construction Safety legislation
      • Demonstrable experience of Safety Management System implementation
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills
      • Good personal time management skills
      • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage assigned workload
