- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification with 5+ years of experience in a health and safety role, OR Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST) certification or Occupational Health and Safety Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in industrial construction and commissioning work
- Ability to work away from home on a rotational basis (14 days on, 14 days off)
- Strong understanding of health and safety compliance and protocols.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the job site (where applicable)
