Coordinate IMS activities for 11 production sites/HQ within the North America (NA) region
Ensure sustainable effectiveness of the NA IMS program through timely review of applicability within NA for:
internal and external nonconformities
NA site inputs for the annual Global and regional Management Review (MR)
Supports development of NA Regional MR and U.S. Country Council (USCC) - Responsible Care.
Provide support with internal and external IMS and RC audits and self-assessments including Integrated Information Management System (IIMS) queries, scheduling, report writing, document review/control, etc.; support/assist with audit preparation.
Help manage the Stakeholder evaluation and communication process for the US; assist sites and headquarters (HQ) with US procedure 824 implementation
Development and delivery of training (IMS self-assessor, RCA, US procedures, ISO Standards and Responsible Care)
Facilitate IMS/HSE Global activities per Heads of IMS and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
Support NA sites in implementation of Global HSEQ objectives
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ISO/RC related questions
Monitor changes in IMS requirements and facilitate change management
Coordinate IMS/HSE document retention requirements with Covestro’s Legal Department (LIPC)
Provide performance updates and provide internal HSE/IMS customer support
Participation in Networking Communities:

Bachelors degree in a technical or HSEQ related field with 1 year of experience
OR a Masters degree in a technical or HSEQ related field with 0 years of experience.T he eligibility to apply for and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) within a reasonable timefram e
Prior experience in a role requiring planning, organization, coordination and project management skills
Professional certification, such as PE, CIH, or CSP
Experience within the petrochemical industry
Knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements and HSEQ management systems
Effective mediation and conflict resolutions skills
Leadership/collaboration
Project management
Strategic planning
Working knowledge of ISO managem ent systems
