Job Description

- Actively participate in the maintenance of company's EHS management procedure in accordance with ISO901, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, including revision of system documentation, participation in system internal and external audit activities and
- PPE distribution and management
- LPA tool implementation plan and nonconformity tracking
- Responsible for solid waste management and declaration
- Organize and implement annual occupational health examination, collect relevant data and report it to leaders so that actions can be taken to avoid occupational diseases in the company.
- Management and coordination of safety training for new employees
- Assist HR and related departments to complete the declaration of industrial injury
- Coordination for EHS related work permits, check security daily, track rectification and manage
- Other assignments by the superior
- min 5 Year experiences in HSE field in multi-national company
- Bachelor degree or above
- Microsoft (office, word, excel, ppt, etc), fluent English (oral & written), sound communication skill (with top management & shop floor employees)

Support of the supported HSE matters in all issues of health, safety and environment protection (HSE), including human workplace design (ergonomic), in particular:
Tracking & implementation of corresponding rectification plans
根据,ISO14001,ISO 45001，主动参与公司 EHS 管理体系运行维护，包括修订体系文件，参与体系内审活动和外审活动及相应的整改计划追踪、落实；
PPE 的管理和分发
LPA 工具的执行和跟踪
负责固体废弃物的管理和申报
年度职业健康体检组织和推行，整理相关数据汇报给领导以便采取行动避免公司职业病的发生
新员工的入职的安全培训和主导
协助HR 及相关部门完成工伤的申报
outsourcer security
EHS 相关作业证签发，安全日检，整改跟踪，外包商安全管理
完成上级委派的其他工作；
