  The Opportunities
  
  The job fair will be held in person on September 18th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our Piney Flats location, 857 Mountain View Drive, Piney Flats, TN. We will search for new Team Members at our Piney Flats and Greeneville, TN Locations. We will schedule interviews leading up to and on the day of the event, and walk-ins are welcome.
  
  We are hiring for two on-site positions: Fulfillment Center Team Member and Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about our culture, meet our team, and tour our facility to understand the work environment and responsibilities for each role.
  
  As a Fulfillment Center Team Member or Equipment Operator, you will handle different warehouse tasks, including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, problem-solving, cycle counting, and processing returns, reporting to the Area Manager. Equipment Operators will operate elevated lift equipment.
  
  Fulfillment Center Team Member
  
  • Starting pay: $15.00 per hour, with a $2.00 differential for 2nd shift (5 PM to 4:59 AM).
  • You will use a handheld scanner or computer for tasks such as unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and processing returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Additional responsibilities may involve solving inventory issues, reporting accuracy, and maintaining warehouse efficiency through supply replenishment and organization.
  
  Fulfillment Center Equipment Operators
  
  • Starting pay: $16.50 per hour, with a $2.00 differential for 2nd shift (5 PM to 4:59 AM).
  • Must operate elevated lift equipment and several forklifts within our high-tech fulfillment centers to fulfill customer orders.
  • Additional responsibilities may include unloading, receiving, manual stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and handling returns.

  What you bring as Team Members and Equipment Operators:
  
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to work a full shift and work overtime.
  • Maintain attendance per company policy.
  • Read and follow verbal directions in English.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp and reach up to 10 hours/day.
  • Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet.
  • Meet established safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Demonstrate reliability (attendance), teamwork, and positively contribute to a professional, safe, and conflict-free work environment.
  
  Additional requirements that you bring as an Equipment Operator
  
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fulfillment center environment
  • Willing to be trained on and operate a non-elevated forklift
  • Willing to be trained on the operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT) to include walkie rider, stand-up forklift, stock picker or turret truck, etc.
  • Use PIT equipment that may go to elevations of 60-80 feet while wearing a safety harness
  
  Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
