      Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management Division seeks an experienced, reliable, & personable HTM Supervisor - University Hospitals - Main Campus in Cleveland, OH.

      What You'll Do

      • Lead and manage a team of healthcare technology professionals
      • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment
      • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
      • Drive cost-effective solutions and technology innovations
      • Collaborate with healthcare leaders to align technology strategies with patient care objectives

      What You Bring

      • 3+ years' experience managing biomedical services in a healthcare system preferred
      • Candidates must be knowledgeable about regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO)
      • Solution-oriented approach, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate and resolve conflict successfully
      • Ability to provide world-class service and develop unbreakable partnerships with our customers, staff and vendors
      • Experience leading high-performing teams including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within the organization

      Qualifications & Requirements

      Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

      Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

      Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or a related field
