      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support court-wide employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and collaboration
      - Research, design, and deliver training programs; develop training manuals and evaluate effectiveness
      - Coordinate career development opportunities, mentorship, and intern/extern programs
      - Foster a supportive workplace culture that values employee growth and success
      - Collaborate with various departments to enhance training and engagement strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in HR, Public/Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related field plus two (2) years of technical/paraprofessional HR experience, or
      - HR Certificate program (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) plus three (3) years of technical/paraprofessional HR experience
      - Valid California Class C Driver's License or ability to utilize alternative transportation for job-related functions
      - Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
      - Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and adult learning techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
      - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting training data
      - Experience in a Human Resources department conducting trainings
      - Ability to utilize various presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate, or Prezi
