      Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

      Overview:

      We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions. In this role, you'll respond to internal and external inquiries, manage employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help coordinate performance and training initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Handle employee inquiries and external HR-related requests
      • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
      • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
      • Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
      • Assist with payroll coordination and other HR projects
      • Prepare reports and support the implementation of HR best practices

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
      • 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator or generalist capacity
      • Familiarity with employment law and HRIS platforms
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

      Work Environment:

      This role is based in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, using various systems and tools to manage daily operations. Standard business hours and business casual attire are expected.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
