What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and perform entry and review of SF-52 and SF-50 actions in HR systems, ensuring proper documentation and routing
- Generate, review, and reconcile HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management
- Conduct quarterly audits and maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs)
- Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements
- Meet routinely with Senior Government HR staff to resolve complex matters and generate status reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of experience
- Minimum of four years of supervisory and management experience with proven communication skills
- Ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical tasks within deadlines
- Outstanding writing and oral communication skills, along with strong management capabilities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
