      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and perform entry and review of SF-52 and SF-50 actions in HR systems, ensuring proper documentation and routing
      - Generate, review, and reconcile HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management
      - Conduct quarterly audits and ensure compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements
      - Maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs) and HR share drives
      - Meet routinely with Senior Government HR Staff to resolve complex matters and provide status reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
      - Minimum of four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience
      - Proven communication skills to successfully interact with Government staff
      - Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical tasks within deadlines
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

      - Strong writing and oral communication skills
      - Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools
