This temporary position is located in Raleigh, NC - Wake County.


      Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $35.75 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 805 Ruggles Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603.

      Position Overview:
      This full-time temporary position will work in a hybrid fashion Monday – Friday. This position is required by the federal Subminimum Wage to Competitive Integrated Employment (SWTCIE) grant. This grant was awarded to EIPD to serve North Carolinians with IDD that are working in subminimum wage non-integrated work environments and need supports to move into a competitive work setting.
      This position will provide supervision and coordination to the SWTCIE communications, training and evaluation aspects of the SWTCIE grant.
      • Directly supervise the Evaluator, Outreach Program Coordinator, Education Specialist and Administrative Assistant
      • Will supervise and coordinate outreach and recruitment efforts by all parties
      • Will supervise and coordinate all training and learning events for VR program staff, SWTCIE staff and partners as it pertains to SWTCIE services, supports and connections
      • Will supervise and coordinate activities of the contracted evaluation vendor and manage data to ensure data quality, accuracy of reporting and interpretation as well as data safety.
      • Will lead interactions with the Mathematica Team to ensure NCSWTCIE and the responses of the evaluation vendor are compliant, responsive and detailed in all responses, interactions and reporting.

      • Knowledge or experience working with people with disabilities

      Master's degree in the area of assignment from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in a closely related program; or Bachelor's degree in the area of assignment field from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of experience in a closely related program; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
