What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate expeditions for students, guiding them through six-week learning modules
- Develop new learning experiences and enhance current expeditions
- Coach students one-on-one, providing resources, tutoring, and feedback
- Track student progress, document feedback, and provide ongoing performance updates
- Support overall school, community, and company growth through active participation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors’ equivalent degree in relevant field of teaching
- Experience at secondary or postsecondary level
- Expertise in academic areas such as Literature, History, Philosophy, and Cultural Studies
- Interest in student-led, progressive education and building a new school model
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with virtual learning or passion for independent learning
- Familiarity with various tech tools and platforms
- Experience in a startup environment
