      Job Title: HVAC Installer

      Job Description

      Join a dynamic team responsible for installing HVAC for commercial projects. Collaborate with journeyman-level partners to fabricate and install on-site using hand tools. This role does not require any certifications or medical monitoring.

      Responsibilities

      • Install HVAC duct work for commercial projects.
      • Use hand tools to fabricate duct work on site.
      • Collaborate with journeyman-level partners during installation.

      Essential Skills

      • Minimum one year of experience as an HVAC systems installer.
      • Ability to work with hand tools.
      • Experience in HVAC commercial installation.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Service experience in HVAC is considered.
      • Commercial experience preferred, but candidates from the residential market will also be considered.

      Work Environment

      Work in a large, non-union HVAC contractor environment that includes electrical and low voltage divisions. Safety is prioritized, requiring a hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes. The team is supported by proactive leadership and a hands-on owner.

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
