      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and grow existing business relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
      - Develop new business opportunities by engaging with end-users and consulting engineers
      - Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and educational programs to clients
      - Collaborate with product management and R&D to create innovative solutions for customers
      - Utilize sales tools effectively and participate in special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role or successful completion of the employer's District Sales Manager Trainee Program
      - Experience in HVAC or a related technical field
      - Strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
      - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word with the ability to manage sales reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of success in sales within the HVAC industry
      - Familiarity with sales tools such as BEST, BW, and Select Pro
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
      - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
      - Willingness to travel approximately 50% for the position
