      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      As an HVAC Technician, you’ll install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while providing top-tier service to our clients.

      Install, diagnose, repair & maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including chillers, split systems, water source heat pumps, rooftop units, CRAC units, mini-splits, and packaged systems.
      Repair and maintain hot water systems, troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, burners, and controls on electrical systems.
      Replace/adjust major and minor components fans, belts, motors, filters, compressors, thermostats, valves, etc.
      Perform electrical troubleshooting & repairs related to HVAC systems.
      Diagnose & order parts, supplies, and tools required for each job.
      Maintain detailed electronic documentation on service performed
      Work closely with dispatch, team leaders, and service sales staff to coordinate work and customer needs.
      Perform emergency repairs efficiently and participate in the on-call rotation
      Provide technical guidance and training to apprentices and junior technicians.
      Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and industry regulations.

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

      Minimum 7 years of HVAC experience (total including apprenticeship or technical school preferred).
      High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

      Universal EPA 608
      Valid Driver’s License with clean record.

      Willingness to join Local Union 636 (or already a member).
