TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 month, 230 day/year

REPORTS TO: HVAC and Maintenance Supervisors

JOB GOAL: To assist the HVAC and Maintenance Supervisors as needed on system HVAC and Maintenance projects.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED
2. Minimum of 5 or more years work in maintenance, construction or a similar area preferred
3. Self-Motivated
4. Basic Computer Skills
5. Valid driver’s license with no major motor vehicle violations

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Address general maintenance needs of the system
2. Be able to travel school to school working on maintenance and HVAC work orders assigned by supervisor
3. Assist plumber with plumbing issues and projects
4. Assist with electrical needs of the system
5. Assist with HVAC needs of the system
6. Assist with Kitchen Equipment repairs
7. Good communication skills verbally and written
8. Attend facilities team meetings as needed
9. Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities assigned by supervisor(s)
