      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design HVAC systems for a variety of clients and facilities
      - Develop design criteria and conceptual design documents
      - Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success
      - Prepare construction design packages and specifications
      - Ensure technical quality and adherence to project schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years' experience in HVAC system design
      - Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
      - Knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
      - Strong collaboration and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - EIT or Professional Engineering License
      - Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, and Trane Trace
      - Experience in plumbing/utility system design
