      HVAC Project Manager

      About the Role:

      Join a leading HVAC company as an HVAC Project Manager and take charge of residential and commercial installation projects.       Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
      • Oversee all phases of HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
      • Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and safety-oriented culture.
      • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
      • Monitor project progress through regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and compliance.
      • Manage budgets, track expenses, and deliver financial reports to leadership.
      • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

      What You Bring:

      • Required Experience:
        • Minimum of 5 years in HVAC project management.
        • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ductwork.
        • Proven ability to manage both residential and commercial HVAC projects successfully.
        • Proficiency in project management tools like Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and Excel.
        • Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
      • Preferred Skills:
        • PMP Certification.
        • Experience with electrical trade and HVAC sheet metal.
        • OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it.
        • Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, and submittals.

      Work Environment:

      • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
      • Attend job site meetings, manage material purchases, and oversee the scope of work to ensure projects remain on budget and ahead of schedule.
      • Engage with HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations in commercial buildings with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
