Description

General Description: Responsible for ensuring final review, negotiation, tracking, and fulfilment of customer orders as well as providing support to the Residential and Commercial Sales teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Timely and accurately review projects committed to final negotiations
o Provide customer with final proposal per the OF Buy Number Process
o Evaluate projects documents to assure the equipment we are providing is an equal to project requirements
o Set-up and Maintenance Record in Salesforce
o Submittal preparation and tracking
o Provide ordering Assistance
o Tracking Ship Dates
o Customer Project Execution Tracking
o Project Expediting
o Inside Sale Support

Education and/or Experience:
• Ideal Candidate would have degree from technical school or HVAC field or design experience
• Minimum of 2-4 years of HVAC experience required
• Proficient in MS Office
• Salesforce Experience a plus
• Experience with HVAC Plans / Drawings (PDF Editor or similar software) a plus

• HVAC Product Knowledge
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to gather statistical data and generate reports.
Possess excellent communication skills
