      HVAC Service Dispatcher

As the first point of contact for our customers and technicians, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.       Pay: Depending On Experience

      Primary Job Function: Maintain the work schedules for field technicians and ensure all customer commitments are met. Soft schedule all return trips with customers. Maintain customer database with current information. Offer customer memberships at every opportunity. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers. Keep customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Lead dispatcher must be able to match technicians to a job based on skill level and location. Create special quotes as needed and obtain approval from the customer. Order parts for scheduled repair jobs. Keep dispatch schedule and call capacity up to date. Provide dispatch support during on call rotation.

      Work Hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime

      Required Qualifications:

      • Strong computer proficiency
      • Project management, scheduling, or similar experience preferred
      • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
      • Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
      • Management or supervisory experience preferred
      • Advanced customer service skills
      • Ability to multi-task
