You will be responsible for the supervision of residential HVAC Technicians and Installers to effectively provide service, repair, and installation for customers.

      Responsibilities

      What will you do:

      • Supervise and delegate employees, which includes assisting in hiring, training, scheduling of employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling and evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations
      • Coach and motivate team to work at their maximum productivity; coaches, trains and develops Technicians and Installers to increase work and skills
      • Provide technical support to the field via phone, Microsoft Teams and job sites
      • Review and audits paperwork daily; ensures that all equipment is in proper operating condition, to include maintaining high quality appearance of vehicles and equipment
      • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
      • Assist the general manager with data collection and report preparation
      • Review payroll records to ensure employees are paid properly

      Qualifications

      What do you need:

      • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
      • Experience and technical knowledge in residential HVAC – both service and installation.
      • Knowledge and understanding of CA codes and compliance
      • Experience in managing, training and driving on HVAC expected KPI’s
      • Proven track record and prior service management experience
      • Strong computer and mathematical skills required
      • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
      • Understanding of a P&L statement and budgeting
      • Ability to understand the effects of economic, financial and market conditions on the business
      • Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing environment
      • Ability to think both strategically and execute against day-to-day objectives
      • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
