Job Description

- Perform HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance (PMs)
- Service, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Complete required electronic documentation daily using a handheld device
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame
- Operate company vehicle to complete service calls within a specified territory
- 5+ years of HVAC (commercial and/or industrial) service experience
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- Valid driver's license and insurable
- Basic hand tools including multimeter, wrench, screwdriver, pliers, etc.
- Journeyman card
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
- Experience with HVAC equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and rooftop units
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The role involves servicing and maintaining various HVAC systems across a range of properties including industrial, manufacturing, restaurants, retail, hotels, healthcare, K-12, and higher education facilities. This position operates on the 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation approximately five times a year.

Work Environment
As a roving technician, you will service the greater Columbus, OH area. You will work on a variety of properties including industrial, manufacturing, restaurants, refrigeration work, retail, hotels, healthcare, K-12, and higher education facilities. The role operates on the 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be part of a team with 20 other technicians in the field.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $87360.00/yr.
