What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide detailed technical support for HVAC Ducted customers, including distributors, dealers, and end users
- Review and manage financial disposition of warranty disputes and concessions
- Act as a technical liaison between Factory Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Offer call center support and technical assistance at job sites as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical degree or equivalent combined education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product service
- Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software, and experience with AS400
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
- Effective and professional communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical support role within the HVAC industry
- Familiarity with warranty management processes
- Ability to analyze customer activity and develop warranty reduction strategies
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
