Job Description

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in senior living facilities, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for residents.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in both commercial and residential settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to assess HVAC needs and implement solutions to improve energy efficiency and system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Educate staff and residents on proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience, with a focus on both commercial and residential systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, NATE, HVACR) and ongoing training in HVAC technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in senior living or healthcare environments, and commercial environments.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable HVAC practices.
