- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues.
- Perform corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.
- Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs.
- Provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns.
- Clean, adjust, and calibrate HVAC components.
- Perform system inspections and identify potential issues.
- Understand advanced principles of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
- Read schematics and technical manuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Start ups, preventative maintenance, warranty items, and repairs.
- Maintain boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Work with indoor and outdoor units.
- HVAC troubleshooting and installation.
- Air balance and mechanical skills.
- Customer service and maintenance technician experience.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
- EPA certification.
- Experience with air conditioning and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, duct work, and electrical repair.
- Field service experience.
- 10 years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician.
- CFC Certification.
- Experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Experience working with brands such as LG, Honeywell, and Evapco.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

The company serves customers throughout the Tri-State area (Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey). The role involves working in commercial buildings including hospitals, schools, and clean rooms. Technologies used include products from LG, Honeywell, and Evapco. The dress code and work attire are professional.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $80000.00/yr.
