      About the role:

      The scope of work for the role includes Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Project works. We work on a wide range of plants and equipment, such as split air conditioning and cool rooms/freezers, to water chillers and large central plants.

      You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew, ensuring our clients’ facilities are maintained to a high level.


      About you:

      • HVAC or refrigeration Trade qualified.

      • NZ Limited Electrical licence.

      • Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.

      • Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.

      • Excellent written and spoken English.

      • Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch).

      Environment, Health and Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the EHS requirements and behaviours in a commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s licence.

      The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
