      Responsibilities:

      • Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and codes.
      • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.
      • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
      • Repair or replace defective parts and components.
      • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
      • Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
      • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used.
      • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
      • Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and practices.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service repair
      • Must current and up to date HVAC certification
      • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems
      • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with building management and residents
      • Valid driver's license
      • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
      • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions (e.g., confined spaces, extreme temperatures.
      • Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
      • Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
      • Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
      • Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
