Job Description
- Req#: 793433
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Test systems to ensure proper functioning and performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to extend system lifespan.
- Maintain detailed maintenance and service logs.
- Collaborate with technicians and contractors to complete projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- 2-3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, including pneumatics, VFDs, and controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office and adaptable to new technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.

Job Opportunity: HVAC Technician
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to join our Enviro-Clean team. This role involves working at Lincoln Consolidated School District to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with a pay of $30 per hour.
