Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

The HVAC Maintenance Worker is responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
• Operate, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to complete work orders
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with EPA standards

Essential Skills

• Commercial HVAC experience
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance
• Experience working within CMMS
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• EPA Universal certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with installation, inspection, and filter changes
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Experience with Roof Top Units (RTU) and Air Handler Units (AHU)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
