- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
- Operate, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to complete work orders
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with EPA standards
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance
- Experience working within CMMS
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- EPA Universal certification
- Experience with installation, inspection, and filter changes
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience with Roof Top Units (RTU) and Air Handler Units (AHU)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
