What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Handle various types of calls and customers after completing paid training
- Build rapport with customers and establish meaningful connections
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time shifts

- Experience with remote work or call center environments
- Familiarity with the healthcare or insurance industry
