      Summary: Within Industrial Control and Drives Line of Business and reporting to the Drives Activity VP you will be in charge of managing the Drives Systems Regional Application Center for North America. and prescription team to reach higher level of profitable growth of the Variable Speed Drives systems. This role will be hybrid offering a few days on site and remote. What will you do? Manage the regional application center in charge of project quotations for North America (8 people) Animate End User presale and international prescription team (10 people) Actively engage with US & Canada IA team to support local growth initiatives Grow the serviceable business (Drives Systems with attached services) in collaboration with the Services organization Accountable for reaching superior profitable growth achievement in NAM. Accelerate transition from Solutions to transactional by supporting Altivar Process Modular offer (APM) from presale to first partner assembly. Coordinate international projects with other drives RAC (Europe & china) KPI’s : Orders, Sales, Margin, % attached services, %revenue contribution from APM, Approved Vendor List + local satisfaction rate of AI US and Canada on RAC contribution. What qualifications will make you successful? 10-15 years of combined experience in R&D, engineering, marketing and sales on Drives in a complex and international environment. Engineering school in power electronic. Ability to speak English and strong international exposure Proven leadership Drives expertise with track records, including applications, offer architecture and Motors tech. LV & MV Strategic vision orientation and tactic implementation Front office and business acumens Proven ability to work in a matrix organization Innovative and with strong ideas on Drives future Ability to prepare the next step forward on profitable growth What's in it for me?
