What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively manage direct communication with customers, both FMCs as well as their clients
- Address questions and offer solutions to customers, both internal and external, to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and manage team dashboard and views to complete tasks and keep orders moving
- Negotiate transportation, registration, and repair issues and solutions with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing professional working relationships with clients, field offices, co-workers, and vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficient in using provided tools and software systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry
