      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively manage direct communication with customers, both FMCs and their clients
      - Address questions and offer solutions to customers, internal and external
      - Monitor and manage team dashboard to keep orders moving
      - Negotiate transportation, registration, and repair issues with customers
      - Provide exceptional customer service and develop professional relationships with clients and vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have reliable and predictable attendance
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work well in a team and independently
      - Experience in customer service or operations role is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service or operations role
      - Knowledge of transportation, registration, and repair processes
