- Achieve assigned sales and other related goals through phone and video calls to advisors, setting up and facilitating meetings with advisors, attending and presenting at conferences or in webinars, and generating leads for the external sales team, Ensure activity requirements and service standards are met.
- Identify and build relationships with advisors through face-to-face meetings, industry events, phone and video calls, conferences, webinars and other forms of communication in order to achieve sales goals.
- If working within the Sammons Institutional Group business unit, minimum 50% travel is required. If working within the Beacon Capital Management business unit, 25-50% travel is required.
- Attend and promote company and products at various Broker Dealer and industry conferences and events as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong ability to articulate the Company’s strategy by presenting a compelling story about the Company’s strength, culture, values, products and services to drive sales growth and deepen relationships with advisor partners.
- Assist with developing and facilitating presentations to promote company and products at various conferences, webinars, and events.
- Assist with developing and implementing training programs for new products, point of sale work, services and programs offered by the Company.
- Collaborate with management in the implementation of outbound phone campaigns and other programs to be carried out from the home office. In conjunction with sales management, create, implement and follow-through on sales and marketing campaigns, while ensuring that activity requirements and service standards are met at all times.
- Gather and maintain competitor information and assist management in developing product and sales tools to gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Support expense management by completing accurate expense reports on time, thoughtfully managing expenses and implementing personal expense efficiencies.

- Flat base salary + monthly sales incentive

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' Sales experience in the financial services industry (internal, external or combination) preferred
- Series License 65 or 66 preferred
- Ability to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely with effective written and oral skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships-internally and externally
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Proven ability to grow a territory as measured by sales, producer growth and persistency of business
- Effective organizational, time management, sales and presentation skills
- Due to the financial nature and level of accountability of this position, a credit and criminal background check is required
- FINRA regulations require fingerprinting for this position. Management reserves the right to determine and approve incumbent suitability for this position.
