      Role: Hybris BSA
      Location: Remote with occasional travel to Milwaukee, WI
      Duration: 3 months


      Top 3 skills:
      • Deep understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce platform Experience with Hybris configuration, customization, and extension development.
      • Experience leading and mentoring teams of BSAs and other technical professionals.
      • Experience with data modeling, database design, and SQL

      Description:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
      • Deep understanding with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.
      • Experience with Hybris modules: PCM, WCMS, Order Management, Promotions, etc.
      • Familiarity with SAP integrations (ERP, CRM) and data synchronization.
      • Experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
      • Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
      • Strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and system architecture.
      • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
