Description
Objective:
Lead Analytics role withing BRAZIL market in order to drive growth for the Health Brands by elevating data base analytics to identify market, competitors and Reckitt trends, and recommenda actions to focus for Reckitt growth, with deep understanding of the key KPIs and guiding the actions to win across categories/channels/regions.
Description:This position will play a crucial role in the company in order to identify opportunities of growth for the Reckitt’s Health brands, related to:
• In-Market trend and performance tracking, with clear analysis of KPIs impacts and recommendation on Reckitt’s focus to drive growth
• Projections of market trend (18 months IBP & 3Y Plan) and Reckitt performance connected to internal targets and plans
• Upscale reporting and integration of data supporting the automatization of reports
• Support I&A Insights position, Marketing, Trade, Shopper and Sales team in order to elevate analysis of in-market and measurement studiesDriving strong collaboration between Analytics and Insights team in order to drive one I&A voice on recommendation, as also collaborating with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Trade, Shopper, Sales Intelligence, RGM) as well as external agency partners, enabling best in class analysis and recommendation based on true market insights and data.
Responsabilities:
• Be the Analytics champion with a deep understanding of Brazil market across Health categories;
• Strong focus and involvement within stakeholders in managing the insights for the business, brand, innovation and activation in order to bring insightful analysis that can help to provide short term business growth, partnering with Marketing / Trade team in order to provide broad overview of key KPIs in order to drive business results;
• Analysis of all the available market trends and consumer data, both internal and external, to develop growth projections for Market to be applied in the IBP (18 months projection) and 3Y Plan, both in value and volume.
• Liaise with global and regional analytics teams to ensure one Regional insight and follow global best practices in terms of methodology, platforms and KPIs to be tracked;
• Develop/Maintain/Automatize in-market performance tracking aligned with Hygiene Brazil in order to bring data and insight for the organization in a standardized format
• Build connection within I&A community across BUs and regions, bringing Category Best Practices and Market Insights within RECKITT,
• Management of local relationship with key providers, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, in most cost efficient way.
Profile:• Minimum University educated (to Bachelors level);
• Strong Consumer and market research experience, prefered in FMCG or analytics agencies
• Fluent in English, required given need to collaborate with global teams and leadership / Basic Spanish as desirable
• Strong experience and understanding of all ability to leverage key qual tools within (Nielsen Retail Index, Nielsen Scanntrack, IQVIA, Scanntrech, Adhoc analytics methodologies like LPO). Mandatory Excel knowledge, PowerBI skill desirable
