      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct process design and analysis for assigned scope of work in a project
      - Develop conceptual process designs, process simulations, heat and material balances, P&ID and PFD
      - Perform conceptual studies, cost and planning studies, layouts, design calculations, and equipment/material specifications
      - Communicate technical solutions and concepts to engineers and non-engineers
      - Serve as the Process Engineering Lead for projects of varying size and complexity
      - Ensure effective communication among engineering disciplines and manage change effectively
      - Take responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (ABET accredited)
      - Minimum of 10 years of detail process engineering experience in lead roles and/or specialization, preferably in EPC
      - Professional Engineer registration preferred, with the ability to obtain PE registration in other states via exam or comity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, and Bluebeam
      - Experience with ChemCad
      - Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
      - Experience in project execution and project procedures
