      Position Overview:

      You support all aspects of technology business management activities for the Investments & Capital Markets Division.

      Our Impact:

      The Investments & Capital Markets Division is responsible for executing liquidity, financing, credit risk transfer, and derivative transactions as well as managing Freddie Mac’s portfolio of single-family securities and loan investments in the retained portfolio. We also lead certain enterprise-level functions such as financial/capital/risk forecasting (Mercury+), model data and implementation, payments, counterparty risk and third-party risk.

      Your Impact:

      As Director of Business Management: Support monthly forecasting and financial close activities, Annual Planning, and vendor management activities for a $168MM Technology portfolio and 350-person organization supporting the Investments & Capital Markets Division.

      The portfolio includes several firmwide Technology functions owned by the I&CM BTO, such as Payments, Financial Forecasting, Model Implementation, Model Data, Counterparty Risk, and Generative Ai Strategy.

      Support BTO supplier contract management, including Market Data Demand, Enterprise Bloomberg, LSEG, invoice management, and supplier metrics.

      Qualifications:

      • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration)

      • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business management

      • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-wide budgets exceeding $100M and leading strategic financial initiatives with measurable impact.

      • Strong expertise in financial systems including Oracle Hyperion, Workday, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).

      • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

      • Proven experience managing capital projects and aligning financial goals with strategic business objectives.

      • Exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing a complex portfolio of responsibilities effectively and proactively.

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $190,000 - $284,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
