What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage independent agencies within a designated area, utilizing in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication
- Act as a subject matter expert on company products and competitor offerings to enhance agent engagement
- Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals to drive agency performance and growth
- Conduct training sessions for agency staff on company products and services
- Monitor agent performance to ensure adherence to company goals, procedures, and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow complex instructions
- Capability to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information
- Must be able to meet in person and virtually
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Experience in driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life & Health)
- Bilingual (Spanish) fluency
